    NamasJay provides Yoga and Pilates classes and workshops for all levels and abilities in Cwmbran, Pontnewydd. Located in a lovely studio, Serenity Holistic Studio provides reflexology, armotherapy, reiki, and sports massage treatments.

  • Corporate Sessions.

    NamasJay provides office wellbeing sessions, workshops, and seminars focusing on yoga, meditation, and Pilates and how they can be beneficial to employees, employers, and helping to achieve a work-life balance.

  • Private Sessions.

    We can provide you with personal yoga or Pilates sessions that will be tailored to your needs, goals, level and ability, as well as be scheduled at a time and place that is convenient to you to experience the benefits of yoga or Pilates.

  • Met Res Life.

    Met Res Life provides a variety of events and activities for Cardiff Met students. A Yoga and Pilates class is offered by NamasJay through Met Res Life. Cardiff Met Students only.

  • Cardiff Metropolitan University.

    Cardiff Met offers many opportunities to enhance staff, student, and community wellbeing through Met Active. Here, our teacher offers classes open to students, staff, and the general public

  • Cathedral School Llandaff.

    Catherdal School Llandaff has fully embraced Yoga and understands how beneficial it can be to pupils. By integrating sessions into Physical Education curricula and co-curricular activities.

    Since 2016 Yin & Tonic has been one of our most popular classes. Merging Zen & Restorative practices along with the essence of Yin. This combination creates a peaceful and relaxing practice including poses aimed at calming both the nervous system as well as the mind, gaining flexibility and join mobility while allowing the body to move towards balance and peace, utilising props to support and promote ease throughout the body.

  • Yoga & Chill™

    Allow your body to dictate its own breathing and flow in this dynamic vinyasa style yoga class. With every inhale and exhale, your mind and body will experience a satisfying chill and break from the everyday grind.
