What is it?
The Young Peoples Project is a NamasJay not for profit, social project in which, revenue generated through online classes and donations will be used to fund free classes to support young people who experience anxiety, stress, depression and other difficulties.
For instance, if a University student is experiencing limitations because of a high amount of stress, our goal is to provide free yoga classes whereby the student can attend and be in a relaxed environment with no added financial pressures.

How Does It Work?
WHY FREE YOGA & MEDITATION CLASSES?
Founder Jay Symonds, experienced a number of difficulties during his time in University. From developing a regular yoga and meditation practice, Jay improved his physical and mental health which resulted in overcoming and managing the difficulties he had faced. By providing free classes to young people, it gives the opportunity to experience the numerous benefits of yoga and meditation as well as an alternative route to managing stress and other limitations.
