Question 1

I have a medical condition can I still attend a class?

Answer

It is essential that you have permission from your health professional/GP before attending a class, otherwise you may not be able to attend.

Question 2

Bookings, cancellations & refunds

Answer

Bookings are made online and paid in advance, however, we do give the option to place a deposit down to secure a place. To cancel a class, you must contact us within 24 hours of the class. We can then reschedule your class or refund your class. Due to Covid-19, we have reduced our class sizes for safety reasons and we need to ensure that spaces are given to people who can attend and no one misses out. Therefore a charge will be placed on your account of £5, only if you have failed to cancel your class within 24 hours of the class beginning.

I have never done yoga before, what can I expect?

Answer

That's no problem! All of NamasJays classes are tailored to every level and have modifications so that everyone can partake our sessions. If you have questions regarding the class level please feel free to contact us.

Question 4

What do I need to bring to a class?

Answer

Equipment is usually provided in our NamasJay classes. However if you perfer bringing your own mat and equipment, you are most welcome too.

Where are the classes based?

Cwmbran classes are based at the following address: Serenity 3 New Street
Pontnewydd
Cwmbran
NP44 1EE Cardiff classes are currently based at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Classes are open to all. The cost of classes is free for members and £6 for non-members. You must book your classes at Cardiff Metropolitan University in advance via the sports app or by telephone.

Question 7

How do I cancel my online subcription?

Answer

Simply contact us and we shall cancel your subcription. Please remember there is no refunds after 5 days of purchasing your subcription.
