This class will lead you through enjoyable and non-intensive poses, encouraging your body to wake up gradually and allowing your day to begin with a clear focus.

Please ensure that you cancel your class 24 hours before it begins. This can be easily done by replying to the class email reminder that is sent 3 days before the class begins or emailing email@example.com. This is to ensure that there are spaces for everyone and none go to waste. If you fail to cancel 24 hours in advance on two occasions then, unfortunately, you will not be able to attend a class until the following academic term.
